Team Lead Implementation Specialist Southern Europe | ORTHODONTIST

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure Customer Success: Collaborate with orthodontists and their teams to deliver smooth onboarding and mastery of Angel Align’s digital tools.
• Deliver Hands-On Support: Provide training, troubleshooting, and guidance to help customers seamlessly integrate our solutions into their daily workflows.
• Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with internal teams to improve workflows, processes, and solutions tailored to customer needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or certification as a Dental Technician, Hygienist, or Dentist, or relevant experience in the dental industry.
• 4+ years experience in the dental industry, preferably in orthodontics.
• Solid understanding of orthodontic practice dynamics and expertise in implementing new products and processes.
• Experience in adult education and training delivery.
• Native or advanced Portuguese speaker with a strong command of English and Spanish.
• Strong presentation abilities, excellent communication, and
