Position Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Operations Specialist to maintain and optimize Loop
OS operations within our partner environments. This role is crucial for ensuring system performance, partner satisfaction, and continuous improvement of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain production environment performance;
2. Analyze key metrics including partner engagement, item tracking, and service data (shippings, payments, etc. );
3. Ensure
   - side SLA compliance and issue resolution;
4. Document and develop solutions for common operational challenges;
5. Track and manage critical support tickets;
6. Identify and implement usability improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce failure risks;
7. Conduct regular partner meetings to gather feedback and drive improvements;
8. Master all components and features of Loop
   OS, as well as stay up to date with any new developments, to ensure we deliver the most
   -
   - date product possible.

AI Innovation Goals:

1. Implementation of intelligent dashboards for
   - partner analytics and insights generation;
2. Development of AI-powered documentation systems for automated creation and maintenance of user manuals, implementation guides, and system documentation.
