Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Incident resolution, issues, and performance problems arising from continuous application delivery;
• Ensure that analysis requests are resolved quickly and within the
  - upon service levels;
• Communication with Development/Technical application teams;
• Building and updating knowledge databases, documentation, and support materials for the team;
• Analysis, documentation, and implementation/improvement of automatic processes and internal tools;
• Automation development;

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Knowledge of operating systems: AIX, Linux, Windows;
• Proficient in Unix Shell commands/navigation;
• Knowledge of Shell Scripting, DB2 and SQL Server database syntax;
• Familiar with IT best practices standards/tools such as ITIL, ISO20000, PCI DSS;
• Ability to apply creative solutions to complex automation problems;
• Strong understanding of problem analysis and application performance troubleshooting.
