We are looking for our next DBA SQL server:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related;
2. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Data Management and Analytics;
3. Proven experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) with a focus on SQL Server;
4. In-depth knowledge of SQL Server versions (2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, and above);
5. Experience in installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading SQL Server instances;
6. Proficiency in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) for database administration and development;
7. Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize database performance;
8. Experience in performance tuning of queries and indexes;
9. Experience with backup and recovery strategies using native SQL Server tools and
   - party solutions;
10. Knowledge of high availability solutions, such as Always On Availability Groups, failover clustering, and database mirroring;
11. Knowledge of SQL Server security practices, including access control, data encryption, and auditing;
12. Proficiency in scripting (Power
    Shell, Python) for automating administrative tasks;
13. Experience with tools such as SQL Server Agent for job scheduling and automation;
14. Experience with monitoring and management tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Profiler, and
    - party tools like Redgate or Solar
    Winds;
15. Ability to diagnose and resolve performance and availability issues in the database;
16. Ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions in critical situations.
