Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data
Ops Engineer to join one of our R&D teams for Digital Banking, within one of the largest financial groups in Portugal, known for its strong presence in the banking sector and continuous commitment to innovation and digital transformation.

What you will do:

You’ll be responsible for platform optimization and benchmarking of innovative data systems (databases, orchestrators, catalogs, AI, etc. ), ensuring they operate efficiently, securely, and at scale. The focus is on improving data flow between different systems, while ensuring quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar
• Experience with Azure services;
• Proficiency in Python (highly valued);
• Willingness to learn and work in integrative and innovative technologies/environments;
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
