About The Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Data Visualization Engineer to join our team and elevate the way users interact with data on Link, our
- based actionable intelligence platform. In this role, you will design and develop intuitive, interactive, and impactful data visualizations that transform complex information into actionable insights. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers, you will play a critical role in creating a seamless and engaging user experience. Your expertise in React development and data visualization techniques will be key to delivering meaningful visualizations that drive value for our users.

What You'll Do

Data Visualization Design

• Design and implement
  - friendly data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information.
• Develop interactive charts, graphs, and dashboards using React and modern visualization libraries (e. g. , D3. js, Recharts, Chart. js).
• Ensure data visualizations are responsive, accessible, and consistent with the platform's design system.
• Translate user requirements into intuitive visual representation strategies, optimizing usability and engagement.
  
  

• Create and iterate on prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing to ensure visualizations meet user needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use analytics and user feedback to refine and enhance existing visualizations.
  
  

• Work closely with product managers and UX designers to align visualization designs with user and business goals.
• Collaborate with
  - end engineers to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization of visualizations.
• Maintain and improve a reusable visualization component library for consistent implementation across the platform.
  
  

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data visualization, React development, and UI/UX design.
• Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and improvement.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data visualization development, preferably for
  - based or Saa
  S platforms.
• Proficiency in React and related tools/libraries.
• Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3. js, Recharts, or Chart. js.
• Experience with data BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power
  BI
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to craft visualizations that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, and
  - browser compatibility.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a
  - functional team environment.
