Tasks

• Develop and implement machine learning models, specifically large language models (LLMs), to enhance
  - driven
  - making processes.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to identify and prioritize business problems that can be solved through advanced analytics and AI applications.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and detect patterns that can inform product development and innovation strategies.
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of LLMs, ensuring continuous improvement and scalability.
• Communicate complex
  - driven insights and recommendations to both technical and
  - technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of
  - on experience in machine learning and AI development.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI (model training,
  - tuning, and deployment).
• Experience with
  - source and commercial LLMs.
• Proficiency in implementing RAG techniques.
• Experience with vector databases.
• Advanced programming skills in Python with frameworks like Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch, and Hugging Face.
• Deep understanding of NLP techniques and architectures.
• Practical experience with traditional AI/ML methods such as decision trees, SVMs, clustering, and neural networks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML deployments.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.
• Strong
  - solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication in public and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory.
