YOUR ROLE

1. Develop,
   - tune, and deploy Generative AI models using AWS services like Bedrock, Sage
   Maker, and Lambda.
2. Work with LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and diffusion models for applications in NLP, image generation, and AI automation.
3. Optimize prompt engineering,
   - tuning, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) techniques.
4. Build scalable MLOps pipelines for training and deploying Gen
   AI models using Sage
   Maker, ECS, and Kubernetes.
5. Process and manage
   - scale datasets for AI training using AWS Glue, Athena, and Redshift.
6. Implement vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Amazon Open
   Search) for efficient
   - augmented generation (RAG) applications.
7. Design and optimize ETL pipelines for AI/ML data workflows.
8. Collaborate with software engineers, Dev
   Ops, and product teams to integrate AI models into applications and APIs.
9. Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy in AI/ML workflows.
10. Monitor AI model performance and retraining needs using AWS Cloud
    Watch, MLFlow, and other observability tools.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
2. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Tensor
   Flow, Py
   Torch, Hugging Face Transformers).
3. Experience with AWS AI/ML services such as Sage
   Maker, Bedrock, Lambda, and Comprehend.
4. Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and diffusion models.
5. Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
6. Experience in MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS), and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
7. Solid understanding of cloud optimization, distributed computing, and model scaling.
8. Strong data engineering skills for processing large datasets in AWS Glue, Athena, or Spark.
9. Knowledge of NLP, image generation models, or multimodal AI solutions.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with
   - tuning
   - source models (LLa
   MA, Falcon, Mistral, Stable Diffusion).
2. AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty.
3. Experience with
   - time AI applications, chatbot development, or autonomous agents.
4. Knowledge of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and AI safety best practices.
