The challenge we have for you:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in developing machine learning models, ideally in the finance and accounting sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our data science capabilities, focusing on building robust models that enhance
- making processes and drive business intelligence.

You will be responsible for:

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of machine learning models tailored for finance and accounting applications.
2. Work closely with
   - functional teams to identify and define business problems that can be solved through advanced analytics.
3. Explore and develop generative AI models to address challenges and opportunities in the finance and accounting domain.
4. Collaborate with research and development teams to stay at the forefront of generative AI technologies.
5. Demonstrate an interest in and familiarity with MLOps tools and practices to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models.
6. Contribute to the development of best practices for model versioning, testing, and automation within the MLOps framework.
7. Collaborate with finance and accounting experts, software engineers, and data engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
8. Stay informed about the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and generative AI.
9. Contribute to the development of new methodologies and approaches to address challenges unique to the finance and accounting industry.

Profile

1. Advanced degree (MSc or Ph
   D) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying machine learning models, preferably in the finance and accounting domain.
3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
4. Experience with generative AI models and/or NLP is a plus.
5. Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and
   - technical stakeholders.
