Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement enterprise data protection and recovery solutions
2. Lead digital transformation projects focused on data resilience
3. Develop data protection and business continuity strategies
4. Design
   - availability architectures for critical environments
5. Implement protection solutions against ransomware and cyber threats
6. Optimize data retention and governance processes
7. Manage disaster recovery solutions in
   - site environments
8. Lead data infrastructure modernization initiatives
9. Provide technical mentoring to team members
10. Deliver specialized technical support for critical client systems
11. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) with clients are met
12. Participate in
    - call rotation for 24x7 support

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise data protection architectures
2. Proven experience in implementing and managing Commvault Enterprise (mandatory)
3. Active Commvault certifications (preferred)
4. Strong knowledge in:
5. Enterprise storage architectures (SAN, NAS)
6. Virtualization environments
7. Enterprise operating systems
8. Business continuity solutions
9. Experience with Fujitsu and Net
   App infrastructures (preferred)
10. Mastery of advanced Commvault features such as:
1. Integrated snapshot management
2. Disaster recovery automation
3. Cloud and hybrid environment protection
4. Data deduplication and encryption
11. Availability for
    - call duty
12. Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
13. Fluent in Portuguese and good knowledge of English
