Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Product Owner to lead the development and management of
- driven products that drive business value. In this role, you will collaborate with
- functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, business stakeholders, and development teams, to define, build, and deliver scalable and innovative data solutions. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that data products align with strategic goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for data products.

• Align data initiatives with organizational objectives and business needs.

• Ensure alignment with best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications for data teams.

• Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for data products.

• Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics.

• Work closely with data engineers and developers to ensure timely and
- quality delivery.

• Monitor and communicate progress, resolving blockers as needed.

• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of data products.

• Continuously gather feedback and iterate on products to ensure they meet user needs.

• Stay updated on data technologies, tools, and trends.

• Advocate for the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance data capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, ideally in data or
- driven environments.

• Strong understanding of data platforms, data pipelines, analytics, and related technologies.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (e. g. , Scrum, Kanban).

• Proficient in writing user stories and managing product backlogs.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI) and data management tools (e. g. , Snowflake or Databricks, Big
Query).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Strong
- solving and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e. g. , GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.

• Understanding of SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
