Tasks

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Participate in incident analysis and troubleshooting to ensure operational continuity.
• Contribute to the life cycle of solutions that use modern technologies.
• Develop and update process documentation in Confluence.
• Manage Kafka clusters on the Confluent platform efficiently and securely.
• Coordinate and manage internal projects in the area, ensuring quality deliveries.
• Supervise data offloading from Mainframe to distributed systems (Mainframe -> Oracle; Mainframe -> Kafka Topics -> Mongo
  DB).
• Identify and present improvement proposals for continuous optimization.
• Implement best security practices aligned with corporate standards.
• Automate processes and collect metrics to monitor performance and capacity.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Kafka components on the Confluent platform.
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Analytical skills with critical spirit and constructive approach.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA and Service Now.
• Proactivity, organization and autonomy in performing tasks.
• Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships.
• Experience with monitoring, observability and automation tools.
• Knowledge of Spanish and English will be valued.
