Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission

1. Build and share KPI on tagging in GWS in support of data offices
2. Visual presentation on KPI progress per DO and slides shared during SDGC meeting
3. Gather and Analyze the relevant Data to construct the KPI defined previously
4. Construct a dashboard with these KPIs.
5. Automate (in Qlik) the Dashboard Monitoring
6. Upload & update documents on the Gsite
7. Coordinate JIRA for Data assessments and prepare reporting
8. Conduct awareness sessions on specific topics based on existing material
9. Gather and assess Business and Data Objects identified, Consolidate information, evaluate overlaps
10. Provide support to users
11. Workshop preparation and animation on Data Governance methods, processes and tools with Data Officers
12. Translate process into actionable tasks for automation (dashboard, collaboration tools, Google workspace)
13. Automate data collection for Data Governance KPIs (Qlik dashboard using sources, e. g. google, jira)
14. Monthly reporting on Data Governance KPIs (Google Drive tagging, Data Usage assessments, domain maturity)
15. Collection of Business Terms / Data Objects & consolidation from Data Offices
16. Support collection of Objects within the Digital Data Office (IM owned data)
17. Maintain and keep Data Governance Google Site up to date
18. Definition and collection of functional requirements for Data Governance tools
19. Onboarding of new Data Officers based on available material
20. Data Usage assessment for digital data by consolidating data classification/sensitivity
