Job Description:
Responsibilities - your mission
- Build and share KPI on tagging in GWS in support of data offices
- Visual presentation on KPI progress per DO and slides shared during SDGC meeting
- Gather and Analyze the relevant Data to construct the KPI defined previously
- Construct a dashboard with these KPIs.
- Automate (in Qlik) the Dashboard Monitoring
- Upload & update documents on the Gsite
- Coordinate JIRA for Data assessments and prepare reporting
- Conduct awareness sessions on specific topics based on existing material
- Gather and assess Business and Data Objects identified, Consolidate information, evaluate overlaps
- Provide support to users
- Workshop preparation and animation on Data Governance methods, processes and tools with Data Officers
- Translate process into actionable tasks for automation (dashboard, collaboration tools, Google workspace)
- Automate data collection for Data Governance KPIs (Qlik dashboard using sources, e. g. google, jira)
- Monthly reporting on Data Governance KPIs (Google Drive tagging, Data Usage assessments, domain maturity)
- Collection of Business Terms / Data Objects & consolidation from Data Offices
- Support collection of Objects within the Digital Data Office (IM owned data)
- Maintain and keep Data Governance Google Site up to date
- Definition and collection of functional requirements for Data Governance tools
- Onboarding of new Data Officers based on available material
- Data Usage assessment for digital data by consolidating data classification/sensitivity
