Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain
   - premises data pipelines (ETL) to ensure effective integration and storage of data.
2. Manage and optimize local databases and storage systems such as data lakes and data warehouses.
3. Work with large data volumes and distributed solutions like Hadoop or Spark in
   - premises environments.
4. Ensure data security and integrity by implementing governance policies and compliance with data protection regulations (e. g. , GDPR).
5. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and IT teams to optimize data access and usage across the organization.
6. Monitor system performance, resolve data issues, and conduct preventive maintenance.
7. Manage technical documentation of data processes, systems, and infrastructure.

Essential Skills

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
2. Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Postgre
   SQL or My
   SQL.
3. Experience with No
   SQL databases.
4. Experience with distributed processing systems such as Hadoop, Apache Spark or similar technologies.
5. Good knowledge of Portuguese and English.
