Data Architect
The DGU Data Arch. & Engineering Coe is looking to recruit a Data Architect.

What you will do:
- Develop and maintain the reference data architecture that supports the business and technological needs of the company;
- Ensure the integration and interoperability of data systems;
- Define and implement the company's data strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and develop policies and procedures for data management, including governance, quality, and data security;
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on
- intensive projects, collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, and translate those requirements into technical solutions; - Implement data management practices that ensure data integrity, availability, and confidentiality;
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems, stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data architecture;
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in data management practices and architecture;
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of data architecture and data management policies;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including presenting proposals and reports.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Professional experience in data architecture and data management;
- Depth knowledge of database technologies, big data, and ETL tools;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, ability to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions;
- Proactive, autonomy, strong sense of responsibility and resilience.
