Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to review and update Bill of Materials (BOMs);
• Extract and analyze data from SAP, ensuring consistency in receipts and raw materials;
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues and errors;
• Improve quality documentation and automate processes where possible;
• Propose enhancements and test new tools as needed;
• Generate reports and track key metrics;
• Ensure on-site presence in Lisbon at least once per week, ideally more.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google solutions;
• Experience working in an international context, preferably with American stakeholders;
• Experience in data analysis for industrial areas;
• Strong project management skills, particularly in IT and change management;
• Knowledge of Product Stewardship and SAP EHS is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
