What is my department like?

The Data Analytics team works closely with the Senior Management Team to accelerate
- driven
- making. At the same time, we empower other teams by helping them work with key metrics and define meaningful visualisations. We are the heart of transforming raw data into actionable insights that fuel business growth!

What is my role like?

As a Data Analyst you will turn raw data into powerful insights! You’ll help shape
- driven strategies, create impactful visualisations, collaborate with teams to optimise business performance, and design scalable data structures—all while leveraging
- edge technologies like Python, SQL, AWS, and Power BI.

What will my daily tasks involve?

1. Process, model, and create data visualisations using programming languages and analytics technologies, including but not limited to Python, SQL, AWS (Redshift, S3, Sage
   Maker, Glue), Power BI, etc.
2. Understand the business and how key numbers and KPIs connect
   -
   - day operations to the company’s future outcomes.
3. Collaborate with various teams (e. g. Commercial, Management) to identify information needs and support operational areas in optimising business performance through data models.
4. Define data structure requirements for analytics to help design data flows and processing pipelines.

What is expected from me?

1. Experience using tools for data cleaning and processing, such as Python, SQL, Git, AWS/GCP/Azure tools, Data Lakes, among others.
2. Proficiency in data modelling and visualisation using Power BI.
3. Ability to select and utilise appropriate visualisation models to enhance data interpretation from a business perspective.
4. Agility in understanding and assimilating business concepts, identifying key challenges, and translating them into technical solutions.
5. 3+ years of experience, with a passion for and capability in
   - on technical implementation of analyses and models.
