Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission

You will join a highly motivated team in charge of Quality Procurement Process Conformance activities for the scope of Procurement.

Ultimately, our goal is to influence key quality processes, strengthening our industrial system through the supply chain.

The Job Holder will be responsible to:

1. Collaborate transnationally with teams along the Value Stream Management and ensure end to end solutions.
2. Consulting for different customers on digital development and improvement projects.
3. Consolidating data from Skywise, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to provide specific deliverables.
4. Create and enrich datasets from Quality and Procurement environments.
5. Create Data-Analytic tools to support performance anticipation.
6. Supporting Project Leaders and POM Reps in their accountability to achieve objectives.
7. Establish connection between the Data Analytics and Performance Management system.
8. Regular Performance Reports on key QP processes.
9. Identify / define improvement projects to reach targeted performance.
10. Maintain QP Google Sites related to our dashboards.
11. LDA Tasks for the QP population.
12. Contribute and/or lead other activities as part of the transverse portfolio of the team.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

1. Diploma or Bachelor + Master degree in relevant fields.
2. Ability to adapt quickly and be proficient in Airbus Analytics Platforms.
3. Ability to solve problems and seek root causes through data.
4. Programming skills in Python/Pyspark, R, JAVA or equivalent.
5. Experience with data management.
6. Experience with stakeholder management and a customer oriented mindset.
7. Understanding of Performance Management, Project Management.
8. Structured way of working with resilience and proactiveness.
9. Ability to simplify the business and communicate easily.
10. Flexibility and a team player with innovative thinking.
