Job Description:

Main responsibilities

1. Collaborate transnationally with teams along the Value Stream Management and ensure end to end solutions.
2. Consulting for different customers on digital development and improvement projects (including the understanding, challenging and translation of the customer into clear ‘User Stories’ or tasks).
3. Consolidating data from Skywise, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to provide specific deliverables (e. g. KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports, etc. ).
4. Supporting Project Leaders in their accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives.
5. Establish connection between the Data Analytics and Performance Management system to allow activity prioritization according to the top management requirements.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

1. Good knowledge in Airbus Analytics Platforms (e. g. Skywise including Contour, Slate and Code Repository).
2. Ability to solve problems and seek root causes through data.
3. Programming skills in Python/Pyspark, R, JAVA or equivalent.
4. Experience with data management.
5. Experience with stakeholder management and a
   - oriented mindset.
6. Understanding of Performance Management, Project Management (e. g. Waterfall and Agile methodology).
7. Structured way of working with resilience and proactiveness.
8. Ability to simplify the business and communicate easily.
9. Flexibility and a team player with innovative thinking.
