As a Data Analyst/Engineer at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:

1. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to understand data needs and identify opportunities to optimize data use.
2. Work closely with the Data team on multiple projects related to Data Governance.
3. Regularly meet with business units to drive a
   - driven culture and the adoption of best practices regarding data use.
4. Develop and maintain interactive Power
   BI reports and dashboards.
5. Migrate data from SQL to Azure Databricks/Snowflake.
6. Create clear and comprehensive visualizations to convey complex data in a straightforward manner.
7. Conduct data analysis to spot trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.

About you!

1. 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
2. Exceptional
   - solving and analytical abilities.
3. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
4. Experience in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
5. Strong data visualization and design skills using Power
   BI.
6. Knowledge and proficiency using Azure Databricks and Snowflake.
7. Strong understanding of databases, data relationships, and data integrity techniques.
8. Knowledge and proficiency using ETL tools like SSIS.
9. Knowledge and proficiency with Snowflake is highly desirable.
10. Basic management skills.
11. Fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
