We are looking for a Data Analyst/Data Engineer with the following requirements:

Requirements:

1. 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Data Analyst/Data Engineer and knowledge in design and develop of Analytics Solutions.
2. Proficiency in conceptualizing and structuring analytics systems.
3. Ability to design scalable and efficient architectures for data processing and analysis.
4. Expertise in creating blueprints for data flow and integration within analytics platforms.
5. Proficiency in ETL processes and tools, particularly those within the Microsoft ecosystem.
6. Strong understanding of data modeling principles and practices, especially in Microsoft environments.
7. Expertise in developing interactive dashboards, reports and KPIs for data visualization.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
2. Nice to have: experience with Azure data services like Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, Power
   BI.

1. Availability for travel (fly-in and
   - out).
2. Fluent in both written and verbal communication (Portuguese as native language and proficiency level: B2 or C1).

• Duration: Contract for 12 Months (possibility of extension).
