We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.

We are looking for Data & Analytics Business Analyst to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisboa.

Responsibilities:

1. Process Mapping, Evaluation & Auditing: Map out processes by identifying key steps and roles to fully understand the workflow in detail. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas of improvement. Regularly audit D&A processes to ensure compliance with set standards and procedures.
2. Risk Assessment & Quality Control: Identify potential risks in D&A processes and propose strategies to mitigate them, including security risks and operational risks. Ensure the entire D&A team is meeting GDI requirements and standards, including cybersecurity requirements and legal requirements.
3. Implementing & Monitoring: Develop and implement process improvement plans. Monitor the processes to ensure the improvements are effective and sustainable.
4. Stakeholder Management: Report audit findings and process evaluation to senior management. Support process owners in adopting new processes and changes effectively. Communicate with process owners within D&A to onboard on process changes, gather feedback, and achieve internal alignment.

Skills & Requirements:

1. 3+ years’ experience as a business analyst

3. Knowledge of Data & Analytics ecosystem

5. Process Mapping & Project Management (Lucidchart, JIRA)
6. Attention to Detail & Adaptability
7. Stakeholder management
8. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
9. Experience in sales
10. Process Improvement Expertise
11. Data Analytics Tools and Programming Languages (PBI, Python)
12. Knowledge of Audit Procedures
13. Data Management Systems & Cloud Platform (SQL, Azure)
14. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
