Your Responsibilities:
- Assist Danish-speaking clients: Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries.
- Resolve client issues: Address customer challenges by offering clear, friendly, and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for clients.
- Contribute valuable feedback: Gather insights from client interactions to help improve services, processes, and overall client satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Go above and beyond to exceed client expectations and ensure satisfaction with every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken): You will be directly assisting Danish-speaking clients, so fluency is essential.
- Client-focused approach: A strong passion for customer service and a desire to resolve client issues effectively and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and warmly in both written and spoken Danish.
- Problem-solving mindset: A proactive attitude towards resolving customer challenges and finding solutions.
- Customer service experience (preferred but not essential): Experience in a
- facing role is a bonus, but we are happy to train the right person. - Comfortable with onsite work: Able to work onsite in Lisbon and engage directly with clients.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using customer service platforms and eager to learn new systems and tools.
