Danish Customer Support - Remote Portugal based
As a global outsourcing company, we take care of processes and functions to help our clients to stay focused on their goals and core missions.
We are currently looking for Danish and English Speaker Customer Advisors!

Your new role
- With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of handling customer requests by answering incoming calls
- Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a
- quality service is provided - Providing product and tool support to improve customers experience
- Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating
What you need to succeed
- Danish and English fluent or bilingual
- Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel)
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels)
- Ability to
- task by working independently, while being a team player
