We are looking for people that can join a team of skilled Danish Customer Service representatives in Porto, providing customer support by phone, e-mail and chat ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in the field of telecommunications. In case you do not live in Porto, you will be entitled to a Relocation Package, through which the company offers a stay for the 1st month and helps in finding a house/room for the future, on top of assisting with travel expenses. What will you get? Monthly salary: 1790€ Meal allowance: 6.41€/day Hybrid working system (office and home office) Should you prefer a full-remote setting, it can also be considered. Rotating shifts of 8h/day, from Monday do Sunday. The service is open 24/7 however, night shifts are done on occasion.
