D365 F&O Functional Analyst needed to join our team, here at VML Enterprise Solutions.
The opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced D365 Functional Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role involves trainings, reporting, and providing technical support for end users to ensure the smooth running of financial and operational processes within the system. What you'll be doing:
- Provide
-
- day support to users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O. - Troubleshoot issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Handle incident and service requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) via a Jira ticketing system or similar.
- Building, validating and customising Jet reports.
- Provide training and guidance to end users on system functionality and best practices.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, knowledge base articles, and system procedures.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining various modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Human Resources.
- Perform regular system checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new releases of Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring minimal business disruption and smooth transitions.
- Ensure the application of necessary security protocols, compliance standards, and financial regulations within the system.
What we want from you:
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations' features, functionality, and configuration.
- Proven experience in a support role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong expertise in financial modules, particularly:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Banking
- GRNI management
- Financial posting structures
- Chart of Accounts configuration
- Dimension setup and management
- Purchase order processing
- Migration reconciliation
- Financial reporting tools (Jet Reports, Power BI)
- Budget management and upload processes
- Month-end closing procedures
- System controls and security setup

- migration cleanup. - Knowledge of automation tools for financial processes.
- Understanding of procurement processes and controls.
- Experience in fixed asset module implementation.
