The primary purpose of the Client Concierge is to improve the Social Media Platform advertising experience by resolving issues and enhancing client satisfaction. Advertisers and agencies will contact the Social Media Platform to request
- sales support, customer service, and/or troubleshooting support.

Responsibilities:

1. Support our client as an Advertising Sales Representative, growing and developing your extensive client base in an innovative and
   - paced environment.
2. Be part of a team of
   - class sales professionals.
3. Drive sustained sales while proactively finding new selling opportunities. This support will be in Czech and English.
4. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic,
   - focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.
5. Previous experience in a similar role and experience in sales and marketing is mandatory.
6. Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
7. Native or C2 level of Czech language, fluent level of English.
8. Fast learner.
9. Good team player.
10. Possibility of joining training from your country during December; relocation to Portugal in January is required.
11. Refund of the initial flight ticket to Portugal after 6 months.
12. Accommodation provided by the company, including a private room in a shared apartment in the Lisbon area.
13. Expenses paid by the company (water, electricity, internet, cleaning services).
14. Private health insurance.
15. Two yearly flight tickets paid by the company.

17. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
