- thinking and
- paced team. This is a permanent position, offering the opportunity to work directly with our client in a collaborative, Agile, and flexible environment.

Your Mission

As a Cybersecurity Lead, you will spearhead initiatives to safeguard digital assets, mitigate risks, and proactively address evolving cyber threats. You will oversee critical cybersecurity operations, from managing SOC services to leading incident response efforts and advancing threat detection capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

SOC Service Management

• Collaborate with international SOC teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment with organizational cybersecurity strategies.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report SOC service performance, leveraging KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Design and refine advanced threat detection use cases to address emerging cyber risks.
• Facilitate the integration of new data sources to enhance monitoring accuracy and reduce false positives.

Incident Management & CSIRT Leadership

• Establish and coordinate an efficient Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) to handle security alerts and incidents.
• Follow internal protocols to contain incidents promptly and effectively.
• Identify indicators of compromise (Io
  Cs) and work closely with vulnerability management teams to mitigate risks.
• Perform ongoing assessments of external and internal cyber risks, delivering actionable insights to bolster defenses.
• Act as a key advisor to ensure systems’ confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Digital Footprint Management

• Proactively monitor and address sensitive information exposure in public domains to maintain a secure digital presence.

External Collaboration & Industry Engagement

• Represent the organization in external cybersecurity forums and professional networks.
• Participate in red/blue team exercises to assess and strengthen defense mechanisms.

Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a proactive mindset, strong
- solving skills, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in similar roles, particularly managing SOC services.
• Hands-on expertise in global SOC operations and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Advanced organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e. g. , CISSP, CISM, or similar).
• Familiarity with modern cybersecurity tools and platforms, such as Azure Sentinel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience participating in or coordinating red/blue team exercises.
• Certifications in risk management or specific cybersecurity domains (e. g. , ISO 27005, IRAM 2, e
  Bios).
