Our client operates globally in various sectors and is recruiting a Cybersecurity Manager to be a team leader of a team of three employees, where the main responsibilities of the role are to govern, monitor, and develop the cybersecurity model of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Control and monitor the active cybersecurity management systems, including SIEM (Sentinel and Defender), IPS/IDS (Darktrace), XDR, etc.
2. Align with internal teams on topics such as perimeter defense, vulnerability detection, and data protection.
3. Review business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
4. Manage suppliers within the scope of the role.
5. Implement, in collaboration with the infrastructure team, security systems such as firewalls, data protection procedures, and encryption.
6. Conduct vulnerability testing and identify and address any weaknesses.
7. Monitor information systems and respond to any cybersecurity incidents.
8. Align security controls for the implementation of an ISO 27000 certification project.
9. Automate security controls, data, and processes.
10. Develop
    - party risk policies with vendors and suppliers.
11. Identify and manage data privacy risks and compliance requirements.
12. Keep up to date with cybersecurity technologies and standards.
13. Develop training and communication strategies on the subject.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 4+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network administration, and system administration, preferably with exposure to a similar role.
2. Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
3. Experience in monitoring tools for SIEM and IPS (preferably Sentinel, Defender, and Darktrace or equivalents).
4. Ability to lead a team and coordinate with external partners.
5. Strong planning and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
