Our client operates globally in various sectors and is recruiting a Cybersecurity Maanager to be a team leader of a team of three employees, where the main responsibilities of the role are to govern, monitor, and develop the cybersecurity model of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and monitoring the active cybersecurity management systems, including SIEM (Sentinel and Defender), IPS/IDS (Darktrace), XDR, etc.
• Alignment with internal teams on topics such as perimeter defense, vulnerability detection, and data protection.
• Reviewing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Managing suppliers within the scope of the role.
• Implementing, in collaboration with the infrastructure team, security systems such as firewalls, data protection procedures, and encryption.
• Conducting vulnerability testing and identifying and addressing any weaknesses.
• Monitoring information systems and responding to any cybersecurity incidents.
• Aligning security controls for the implementation of an ISO 27000 certification project.
• Automating security controls, data, and processes.
• Developing
  - party risk policies with vendors and suppliers.
• Identifying and managing data privacy risks and compliance requirements.
• Keeping up to date with cybersecurity technologies and standards.
• Developing training and communication strategies on the subject.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network administration, and system administration, preferably with exposure to a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Experience in monitoring tools for SIEM and IPS (preferably Sentinel, Defender, and Darktrace or equivalents).
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with external partners.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
