Your New Role

As a Security and Network Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, and mitigating threats to the organization's infrastructure and data. You will be involved in the planning and implementation of new solutions, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and promptly respond to security incidents.
• Design and implement robust security measures to safeguard systems, networks, and data.
• Oversee vulnerability management and ensure timely remediation.
• Examine security logs and generate reports on potential risks.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of information security policies and procedures.
• Deploy and supervise security and network solutions.
• Work closely with other IT teams to integrate security into daily operations.
• Keep abreast of emerging threat trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity and/or network management.
• Proficiency in managing security incidents.
• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, antivirus, firewalls, IDS/IPS.
• Solid understanding of networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and communication protocols.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity/networking (e. g. , CEH, Comp
  TIA Security+, CCNA) are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of security standards and regulations, such as GDPR, ISO 27001.
• Experience with cloud security is preferred.
• Skills in programming or automating security tasks are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
