- end recruitment process while providing actionable insights through recruitment data analysis.
What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management, Sourcing and Recruitment
- Effectively manage hiring managers and other business partners/stakeholders by establishing trust and building strong relationships.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc. ) to identify qualified candidates for outsourcing roles.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Act as a gatekeeper for Out
Systems culture, promoting our values and mission and ensuring we bring candidates who fit with them. - Promoting recruitment best practices inside the team.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Advocate our great culture at Out
Systems.
Reporting and Analytics
- Create, maintain, and analyze recruitment reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as

- fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and strategies based on data analysis.
- Present recruitment metrics and performance updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Employer Branding
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, job postings, and recruitment events.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Competences:
- Proven 2+ years experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with Boolean search, ATS systems, and social recruiting tools.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or recruitment dashboards; experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance, and employment laws.
- Results-oriented and highly organized with attention to detail.
