responsabilidades chave

What would your occupation be?

Manage telephone contacts in italian with customers;

Technical support in telecommunications;

Ensure customer satisfaction and continuity with the company in the long term;

Advise the customer about services and offers;

Generate added value for the customer, with the main focus on the sales area.

competências

Fluency in italian/english;

Ability to compromise;

Basic knowledge and previous experience in call center;

Good level of communication;

Sense of duty and punctuality;

Strong customer focus;

Flexibility and resistance to stress;

Independent and accurate working method.

Salary 1412€-1772€ per month

Contract duration: 12 months

Full-time employment contract, fixed term.
