Join our Hotel Purchasing Department and be the bridge between our hotels and suppliers, ensuring smooth and effective communication that drives our success

responsabilidades chave

support line for hotel supplier platform, where hotels can buy all kind of produts necessary for the proper functioning of the hotels;

provide technical support to all kind of issues link to the platform, for hoteliers and suppliers: for example issues to connect to the plateform, issues to buy a product or to put it on sale or the supplier needs support to change a price or put a new product in sale or hoteliers need to find a supplier available to deliver a product in urgency;

competências

fluency in both French and English, spoken and written;

preferably previous working experience in a call center;

high school diploma or a higher education degree;

ability to interact with different interlocutors;

ability to manage complaints.

principais benefícios

What do we have for you?

base salary of 900€/month;

performance bonus up to 150€/month;

complexity bonus of 70€/month;

meal Allowance of 7. 23€ per day;

6 months contract (renewable);

monday to friday, between 7am and 7pm;

days off: weekend

Location:Lisbon (hybrid model)

*2 days at the office and 3 days at home - after 6 mandatory weeks on site.
