Position: Customer Support Specialist - Turkish Speaker (Social Media & Digital Marketing)

What You'll Do:

1. Assist small and
   - sized businesses via chat, email, and phone.
2. Provide expert guidance on
   - serve advertising solutions.
3. Deliver

4. Identify trends and offer insights to improve user experience.

What We're Looking For:

1. Native Turkish speaker with strong English (B2 level).
2. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
3. EU ID or Residence Card.
4. Excellent communication and
   - solving skills.
5. Familiarity with online advertising and social media trends.

Competitive salary (1, 069 - 1, 360 gross/month).

Variable bonus:

12-month renewable contract with career growth opportunities.

Night shifts (22:00-00:00) + weekend allowance = +25% per hour.

Night shifts (00:00-07:00) = +50% per hour.
