What You'll Do:

Offer excellent support through various channels, including incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media.

Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry, addressing inquiries, complaints, and comments.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers by providing open and interactive communication.

Ensure customer satisfaction by offering prompt and effective solutions related to account setup, verification,
- in issues, financial matters, and general platform navigation.

Resolve technical issues and provide valuable feedback to optimize internal processes for a better customer experience.

What You Need:

Fluency in Flemish and English (spoken and written).

Preferably, previous experience in a call center.

High school diploma or higher education degree.

What We Offer:

Base salary: €1, 500/month

Meal allowance: €7. 23/day

Transport allowance: €20/month

Contract: 6 months (renewable)

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Rotative shifts)

Days off: 2 days (rotative)

Location: Lisbon, Onsite
