Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Support our existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat.
• Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges.
• Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department.
• Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a
  -
  - class experience for our customers.

Requirements

• University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
• Other languages, such as French, Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
• At least some experience working with customers and/or in sales, e. g. internships.
• Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit.
• Strong communication skills and passion for working with people.
