The Job
- Review online videos/content/complaints/legal notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material.
- Review/update content on a popular social media platform.
- Audit of content received and sharing for social media upload.
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client.
- Ensure protection of customer data and compliance processes are followed.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a customer service role, ideally within the Consumer Durables industry.
- You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build
- performing teams.
