Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material.
- Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform.
- Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload.
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- FOR GERMAN IT IS REMOTE FROM BRAGA
- FOR FRENCH LISBON BRAGA ON-SITE
Requirements
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client.
- Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Consumer Durables industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
