Responsabilidades Chave

Backoffice position: you will not deal with clients; only with lawyers, legal officers, NEB (National Enforcement Bodies). NEB - whose role is to verify if transport operators are treating all passengers in accordance with their rights. Passengers who believe their rights, under the regulation, have not been respected should contact the body in the country where the incident took place. Manage these situations with these agencies before going to court.

Competências

Native or advanced Italian (C2) proficiency;

Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and teamwork;

Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred;

A first experience in customer service is a plus;

Principais Benefícios

What do we have for you?

1. Base salary of 1000€/month;
2. Position bonus of 10€/month;
3. Performance bonus up to 150€/month;
4. Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese time);
5. 2 days off: Saturday and Sunday;
6. Office based position (no possibility of homeworking);
7. Working contract: 6 months renewable.
