As a Customer Support Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring a great relationship between the company and its users, meeting high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer journey enhancement.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and
- ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay updated on the client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
competências
Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree is a plus.
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

What We Offer:
Direct contract with the client.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (Rotative Shifts)
Days off: 2 rotative days.
Base Salary: €1030/month.
Performance bonus: 80, 00€
Meal Allowance: €7. 23 per day worked.
