responsabilidades chave

handle incoming calls in German through the hotline, providing
- notch support;

address inquiries and resolve issues for customers in the German market via multiple communication channels;

regularly collaborate with internal departments and work closely with your team.

competências

at least a high school diploma (mandatory);

experience in a call center (a plus);

native German speaker;

advanced English skills (C1);

resilience and commitment to the project;

knowledge or interest in cars (a plus).
