responsabilidades chave

handling incoming calls in French;

handling requests from buyers in the French market and responding to them via various communication channels;

liaising regularly with various internal departments as well as other colleagues

competências

12th grade (mandatory);

call centre experience (eliminatory);

native French;

advanced English (C1);

resilience and commitment to the project;

knowledge of/interest in cars (plus);
