responsabilidades chave

The primary goal of a retention line is to prevent customer churn (i. e. ,

customers leaving the company).

Agents working in this line are trained to identify the reasons why

customers want to cancel and to offer solutions to keep them.

Addressing Customer Concerns: They handle customer complaints,

service issues, and billing problems.

Offering Incentives: They may offer discounts, special promotions, or

upgraded services to persuade customers to stay.

Building Customer Loyalty: They aim to create positive customer

experiences and strengthen customer relationships.

competências

excellent communication skills in German and English;

solution oriented;

Experience in Sales

Experience in a call center;

strong Commitment for a long term project;

good PC skills.

What we have for you?

Training 8am to 4pm = 1 month

base salary: 900€/month gross (x14)

performance bonus: up to 360€ (x12)

language allowance: 150€ for English Language + 350€ for German Language (x13)

meal allowance: 9, 60€/day worked (x11 months)

flex work allowance: 60€/month (x11)

health insurance as of the 3rd mont
