responsabilidades chave
You will be responsible for resolving customers' technical issues? Your priority will be to identify the needs and solutions for each situation to ensure that our customers receive personalized and appropriate service.
competências
* Native/Advanced level of German;
Experience in the field of fiber optics at home or abroad, especially in the area of troubleshooting physical and software installation (not eliminatory);
Interest in telecom products and very good IT skills.
principais benefícios
salary – 1280€ gross/month
food aid – €7. 41/day
transport allowance – €20
health insurance
performance bonus up to 500€/month
quarterly Bonus: €500 for high performers / €800 for top performers
working hours: Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 and 20:00;
2 days off per week (Saturday + 1 rotating day);
hybrid regime (one week in person, another week teleworking – first 4 months in person)
Work location: Porto or Lisbon
