responsabilidades chave

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers through various channels, including incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media. You will serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry, responding quickly and efficiently to inquiries, complaints, and comments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction with the solutions offered while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup, verification,
- in problems, financial matters, and general platform navigation, as well as resolving any technical issues.

Offering feedback and to optimize internal processes for a better customer experience.

competências

Fluency in both French

Preferably previous working experience in a call center;

High school diploma or a higher education degree;

What do we have for you?

base salary of 895€/month;

- meal Allowance of 7. 23€ per day;

- working contract: 6 months (renewable);

Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 23:00 - Rotative shifts

Days off: 2 days (rotative)

Location: Lisboa onsite
