We are recruiting for a
- edge E-Health Platform that is transforming the way people access and manage their health with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Advise our healthcare professionals and accompany them by telephone in their use of the software, both by answering incoming requests and by calling them proactively.
2. Train them in the use of our services by phone.
3. Ensure the quick and efficient processing of requests received by email.
4. Advise and answer client questions about the product.
5. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Proficient in French.
2. English language skills.
3. Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).
4. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus).
5. Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

Benefits

What we have to offer you:

1. Base salary of 870€/month.
2. Meal allowance of 7. 23€ per day worked.
3. Performance bonus up to 140€/month.
4. Complexity bonus of 10€/month.
5. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5:30pm.
6. 2 days off: weekend.
7. 6 months contract.
