responsabilidades chave

assist customers via phone, email, and chat with all their queries related to orders, subscriptions, and invoices;

deliver
- quality service to ensure a superior customer experience;

follow up on customer queries until they are fully resolved, and meet commitments within agreed deadlines;

interact with various departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.

competências

native or advanced French (C2) proficiency;

intermediate level of English (B2);

excellent communication skills;

experience in customer service is a plus;

What do we have for you?

base salary of 900€/month;

- performance bonus up to 100€/month

- meal Allowance of 7. 23€ per day;

- transport allowance: 20€/month;

Welcome Bonus 3000€ paid in 4 equal parcels

- schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 2 shifts

07:00 AM to 04:00 PM (Rotational shifts)

08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Rotational shifts)

Days Off: Weekends

- working contract: 6 months
