We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our customer support team for a leading

responsabilidades chave

Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions. Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites. Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues. Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support. Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.

competências

native or advanced French (C2) proficiency;

intermediate level of English (B2);

excellent communication skills;

experience in customer service is a plus;

What do we have for you?

base salary of 895€/month;

- performance bonus up to 90€/month;

- meal allowance of 7, 23€ per day worked;

- working contract: 6 months (renewable);

Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 22:00 (Rotative shifts)

Welcome Bonus 3000€ paid in 4 equal parcels
