The Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will take inbound calls and emails. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

Handle incoming calls and email from bank clients.

Resolve issues regarding ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions

Use the tools/processes and methods from your initial training to solve issues.

Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered.

Ideal Profile

You speak Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must.

You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

You have strong communication skills and you are
- oriented, professional, and thorough.
